Description

I am looking for a place to park a houseboat on Bayou Teche. It needs to be somewhere between Berwick and Franklin. I would build a floating dock and possibly add a small storage shed for gardening. These improvements would stay with the property when I leave. The houseboat is 24' x 48' in size.
